Annual Calibration of Master Instruments and Equipments

Heavy Industries Taxila invites reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the annual calibration of master instruments and equipments. This procurement is specific to Taxila and requires firms to provide calibration services as per Annexure B over a 6-month delivery period after contract signing. Items being procured: - Annual Calibration of Master Instruments / Equipments as per Annexure B The technical scope involves precise calibration services for master instruments and equipment critical to Heavy Industries Taxila operations. Firms must ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery within the stipulated 6 months. Eligibility criteria include valid registration or pre-qualification with HIT, government or semi-government registration, attested sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link proof with OEM if acting as distributor or agent, and a judicial certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted or a defaulter. Additionally, firms must provide a detailed list of contracts or works experience with government or semi-government organizations over the last three financial years. A postal order of Rs. 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is at 10:30 AM on 27 July 2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
