Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the Annual Contract for Maintenance and Repair of Electronic Fuel Dispensing Units (DUs) across the Central Zone including Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Sargodha, and Bahawalpur divisions. This contract covers comprehensive preventive and breakdown maintenance services for Old Model Tatsuno (Green Display) DUs and Gilbarco/Tokheim/Censtar/other makes installed at designated retail outlets. Items being procured include:
- Maintenance of Dispensing Units (800 EA)
- Cleaning Miscellaneous (5 EA)
- Testing of pipeline (10 M)
- DU Display/LCD Repair works (various jobs totaling over 500 units)
- DU Pumping Assembly Repair Works (various jobs)
- DU Keypad/Preset Repair Works
- Contract repairing electrical motor
- Installation of D/Units on pump island
- Procurement and installation of Breakaway Couplings, Nozzles, Swivel Joints, Hose Pipes, Nozzle Jackets, Motor Pumps, Capacitors, Clutch Plates, Motor Pulleys, Relays, Emergency Push Buttons, Electrical Miscellaneous parts
- Supply and replacement of various OEM-compatible parts including motherboards, pulsars, solenoid valves, flow meters, totalizer meters, neutral switches, panel locks, display boards, and more
- Civil works related to tank down fitting and pipeline installation
- Submersible pump repair
- Supply and installation of foot valves and underground pressure pipes
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of tank vent pipes
The scope includes all labor, materials, tools, consumables, and OEM-compatible spare parts necessary for maintenance and repair activities. Vendors must ensure timely preventive maintenance every three months and prompt breakdown repairs with strict adherence to PSO's complaint handling system and penalty clauses. The contract requires qualified technicians with minimum 3 years relevant experience, mobile vans for service delivery, and compliance with PSO's HSE guidelines including provision of PPEs. Monthly billing will be on fixed rates per DU per month, with division-wise billing and verification by PSO Divisional Engineers.
