Annual Frame Work Contract for Supply and Services for Financial Year 2026-27

Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites experienced, tax-registered, and financially sound firms or suppliers to participate in the Annual Frame Work Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. The contract covers a diverse range of supply and service items essential for municipal operations in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Supply of Tractor, Hydraulic Tractor Trolley, Mazda/Hyundai, etc. on rent basis - Installation of Tent, Shamyany, etc. on rent basis - Providing/Fixing of Flex Steamers - Supply of Stationary Items - Providing of Pakistani/Kasmiri Flag, Flower, etc. - Providing of Sweets, Refreshment Box, Water, Juice, etc. - Supply of Printed Form and Other Documents - Supply of Chona (چونا) and Hurmchi (حرمیچی), Distamper, etc. - Supply of Cleanness Material - Supply of Razor/Barbed Wire - Supply of Temporary Shuttering Pipe for closing routes of Muharram-ul-Harram & Chehlum on rent basis - Supply of Material for Sport Festival - Providing/Fixing of Temporary Lighting - Supply of Strychnine Medicine for controlling stray dogs The scope includes rental services for tractors and shuttering pipes, installation services for tents, and supply of various goods such as flags, sweets, printed forms, cleaning materials, and medical supplies. The contract is intended to support municipal functions during the financial year 2026-27, including event management and public cleanliness. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess relevant PEC categories if applicable, and demonstrate financial soundness and experience in similar contracts. Earnest money amounts vary per item, ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 1,500,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS by the deadline of 30th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day in the Iqbal Hall MCF office. A key tip for bidders is to ensure their bid security is submitted electronically as per the 3% requirement of the estimated cost/value, since physical instruments like CDRs or pay orders are not accepted. Also, incomplete or corrupted bids will be rejected, so careful preparation and timely electronic submission are critical to success.
