Annual Frame Work Contracts for Repair, Maintenance and Supply Works in WASA Muzaffargarh

The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Muzaffargarh invites engineering firms and contractors to participate in the procurement of annual frame work contracts for various repair, maintenance, and supply works. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations. Items being procured: - Annual Frame Work Contract for Repair & Maintenance of Disposal Stations Pumps, Motors and Panels (MCU) - Annual Frame Work for Repair & Maintenance of Sucker Machine, Jetter Machine, Peter Engine, Generators and Tractors - Annual Frame Work Contract for Supply of R.P.S Manhole Covers - Annual Frame Work Contract for Providing and Fixing of Safety Nets in Manholes - Annual Frame Work Contract for Supplying of Various Materials The scope includes repair and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, supply of manhole covers, and safety net installations at WASA Muzaffargarh sites. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17-09-2026 before 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Earnest money ranging from PKR 0.249 million to PKR 0.531 million is required for each lot. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR and comply with all PPRA regulations. The bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Interested bidders should ensure their e-bids are virus-free and properly uploaded as per PPRA guidelines.
