The Municipal Committee Khanpur invites quotations for an Annual Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. This tender is open to eligible contractors, firms, shopkeepers, general order suppliers, and service providers who can supply and provide the listed goods and services in Khanpur. Items being procured: - Providing Decoration Items (On Rent basis) - Providing Tentage Items (On Rent basis) - Providing/Fixing Skin/Flex Publicity - Providing Machinery (On Rent basis) - Providing Sports Programme Items - Purchase Of General Material - Supplying Sanitation & Sewerage Items - Purchase office stationery - Purchase/Repair Pump, Disposals, De-Watering Sets Machinery and P/F Other Material - Purchase Electric Items/Street Lights Items - Repair Of Electric Items, Rewinding Motors, Disposals, Transformers And Street Lights - Photo copy & Binding (Record, Cash Books, ECR, Etc.) - Purchase/Repairing of Computer, Laptop, Accessories, IT Equipment - Supply of R.C.C, R.P.C Manhole Covers - Supply Plants Different Types for MC Area Khanpur The scope covers rental and purchase of decoration and tentage items for national and religious events, machinery and sports programme items, general materials, sanitation and sewerage supplies, office stationery, electric items including street lights, repair and rewinding of electric motors and transformers, photocopy and binding services, IT equipment purchase and repair, manhole covers supply, and supply of various plants for the Municipal Committee area. The contract is for the entire financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit their quotations through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 17-08-2026 at 1:00 PM. Quotations will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each quotation must be accompanied by the prescribed Earnest Money (Bid Security) as specified for each lot. All applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidder. Separate quotations must be submitted for each work/item/service. Eligibility requires compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, valid FBR registration, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certification where applicable.
