Annual Framework Contracts for Temporary Lights, Sound System, Stemmer, Tentages, Machinery, Sweets, Repair, and Plants

The District Council Faisalabad is inviting electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound, and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended). Items being procured: - Annual Contract for providing and fixing of temporary lights - Annual Contract for providing and fixing of temporary sound system and Generator - Annual Contract for providing and fixing of Stemmer with wood frame, Stemmer with iron frame, simple flexes, Banners with writing, stitching and fixing with Dori/chari Flag - Annual Contract for providing and fixing of temporary Tentages, Cnopis, Kanats, Chairs, Sofas, carpet - Annual Contract for machinery with diesel on rent basis @ per hours/daily - Annual Contract for providing Sweets, refreshment boxes, juices, Mineral Water and Cold Drinks - Annual Contract for repair and rehabilitation of Machinery, Overhauling Engine, other allied Machinery Work, replacement of tyres - Annual Contract for providing and fixing different types of Plants, Grass The scope covers supply, installation, and maintenance of temporary electrical and sound equipment, event-related furniture and tentages, machinery rental and repair, and provision of refreshments. The contracts require firms to be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost electronically through Punjab e-PS. The technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:30 AM on 7th August 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained.
