Tender Description
Municipal Committee Khanewal invites E-Bids from Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, and Authorized Dealers registered with the Punjab e-procurement system, FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bidders must submit their complete E-bids online by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-procurement system website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

- Annual Framework Contract for Beautification rehabilitation improvement and upgradation of chowks and greenbelts Khanewal
- Annual Framework Contract for Event Arrangement and Services for the Municipal Committee Khanewal
- Rehabilitation of main Entry gate wall procurement of sculptures, fabricated structure, acrylic words etc Khanewal
- Rehabilitation of parks & prominent places/structure etc Khanewal
These contracts cover beautification, event management services, and rehabilitation works including sculptures and fabricated structures at various prominent locations in Khanewal. The scope includes site improvement, structural repairs, and event-related services to enhance the city's public spaces.
Eligibility requires registration with PEC in the relevant category, valid FBR and PRA registration, and submission of a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system. No physical bid security instruments will be accepted. The bidding procedure is single stage single envelope with encrypted electronic file submission.
The deadline for E-bid submission is 19th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
