Annual Framework Contracts for Tentage, Lighting, Event Supplies and Plants 2026-27

**Municipal Committee Pakpattan** invites E-Bids from registered bidders, contractors and suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible firms should hold relevant registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council or other applicable registration authorities, and possess valid Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority registrations where required. The mandatory contract and bid-security schedule is: Sr. 1, procurement of rental items for tentage through Annual Framework Contract 2026-27; bid security **Rs. 420,000**. Sr. 2, procurement of rental items for temporary lighting through Annual Framework Contract 2026-27; bid security **Rs. 785,000**. Sr. 3, procurement, provision and fixing of flashes, streamers and related items through Annual Framework Contract 2026-27; bid security **Rs. 403,000**. Sr. 4, procurement of flower petals, flags, balloon gates, water bottles, ice boxes and fire works through Annual Framework Contract 2026-27; bid security **Rs. 310,000**. Sr. 5, procurement, provision and fixing of plants of different types, seven to ten feet high in eighteen-inch gamma size, paneer plants of fifteen to twenty-five plants per gamma, grass and earthwork through Annual Framework Contract 2026-27; bid security **Rs. 278,000**. Bidders must upload complete, signed and stamped electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal using the single-stage, one-envelope procedure. The e-Bid submission deadline is **22 August 2026 at 1:00 PM**, and electronic bids will be opened on **22 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Late, incomplete or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Rates must be quoted clearly against each item; quotations more than five percent below the estimated cost may require additional performance security. For Sr. 5, the contractor must supply and plant the specified plants, plant saplings at designated sites, maintain them for one year with watering and fertilizing, and replace damaged or dead plants without additional payment.
