Annual Tender 2026-27 for Provision of Janitorial Services at SZABMU School of Dentistry Islamabad

The SZABMU, School of Dentistry (Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad) invites bids for the Annual Tender 2026-27 for Provision of Janitorial Services in Islamabad. This procurement covers comprehensive janitorial services for all internal and external areas of the School of Dentistry premises including offices, classrooms, toilets, staircases, parking areas, lawns, lifts, and machinery rooms. Items being procured:\n- Hiring of janitorial services with deployment of 2 supervisors and 13 janitorial staff monthly\n- Provision and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery such as mops, vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, ladders, gloves, and dusters\n- Supply of consumables including cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, detergents, bleaches, pesticides, and air fresheners\nThe scope includes daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, cleaning of toilets and washrooms, garbage collection and disposal, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks including fumigation, polishing, and rodent control. The contractor must ensure staff are physically fit, wear uniforms, maintain discipline, and provide replacements if needed. Supervisors will manage attendance, quality control, and material stock. The contract duration is for the financial year 2026-27 with services starting November 30, 2026. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on September 21, 2026 at the School of Dentistry, Islamabad. Eligibility requires valid NTN, GST, ATL registration, and relevant experience with minimum deployment of 50 janitorial staff in similar projects. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000/- is required.
