Vendors must have ISO/IEC 17025 certification, PNAC accreditation, EPA registration, and valid calibration certificates for stack emission monitoring equipment. Tasks include cleaning, coolant and oil level checks, battery maintenance, radiator cleaning and minor repairs, tightening and replacement of nuts, bolts, pulleys, belts, and battery lugs.
