Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of 200-250 KVA Diesel Generator (DG) Sets located in Lahore City, Zahirpir, and Bhera areas of the Central Region. This contract covers preventive maintenance and emergency services to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime of DG sets at multiple PSO locations.

- DG Set preventive maintenance for 200 KVA DG Sets at Zahirpir South (Qty: 12)
- DG Set preventive maintenance for 200 KVA DG Sets at Zahirpir North (Qty: 12)

The scope includes monthly site visits for preventive maintenance using a detailed checklist, stack emission monitoring reports (SO2, CO2, CO, NOx, noise, PM, smoke), and compliance with PEQS and noise standards. Vendors must have ISO/IEC 17025 certification, PNAC accreditation, EPA registration, and valid calibration certificates for stack emission monitoring equipment. Tasks include cleaning, coolant and oil level checks, battery maintenance, radiator cleaning and minor repairs, tightening and replacement of nuts, bolts, pulleys, belts, and battery lugs. The contractor must deploy qualified technicians with proper tools and maintain filter inventory for timely replacements every 250 running hours or 6 months. PSO will supply lubricants.
Documentation of all visits and tasks is mandatory, including carbonized maintenance logs and fully completed checklists. The contractor is responsible for site restoration and repair of any damages caused during maintenance. Emergency response time must not exceed 3 hours to ensure continuous operation of petrol pumps.
Eligibility requires PEC registration in relevant categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and experience in DG set maintenance and stack emission monitoring. Vendors must submit earnest money and comply with PSO's safety and regulatory standards.
