Bidders must submit their bids electronically via SAP Ariba portal. The bid documents are available for collection from 2026-07-20 to 2026-08-04 between 08:30 AM and 2:15 PM through SAP Ariba. The bid submission deadline is 2026-08-04, with bid opening also scheduled on the same day. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelope system.
