The works are spread across multiple irrigation sub-divisions in Dir Lower and Dir Upper. Contractors must have PEC category CE-6 or above, valid FBR registration, and active KPRA registration. Bidders must upload their bids through the EPADS portal before the closing date and time. Earnest Money or Bid Security is 2% of the estimated cost, payable via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The last date and time for submission of bids is 10th August 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM the same day.
