The Public Health Engineering Division Mardan invites bids for the Annual Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) works of pumping machinery and civil works for completed water supply schemes for the fiscal year 2026-27. The technical scope includes maintenance and repair of pumping machinery, transformers, voltage regulators, and civil works related to water supply schemes. The scale covers multiple sub divisions within the Mardan district.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant category and codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status. Bidders must also submit a 2% bid security in the form of a call deposit before the closing date.
The last date for bid submission is **30th July 2026 at 12:00 Noon**, with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bid opening dates will be communicated later. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS. The office of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Mardan is the contact point for queries.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the bid security is submitted as per KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO (14)/Vol: I-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10/05/2022, and to provide an affidavit confirming that no water supply scheme will remain non-operational for more than 24 hours during the contract period. This will strengthen the technical proposal and compliance with tender requirements.
