Annual Maintenance and Repair of Electrical and Mechanical Works and Civil Works for Year 2026-27 in Buner

Public Health Engineering Division Buner under Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through E-pads for the following works from eligible bidders in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014. The works include annual maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and civil works for the financial year 2026-27 in District Buner. Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Electrical/Mechanical Works: 1. PHE Sub Division Daggar-I, District Buner (Estimated Cost Rs. 6.00 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 148750) 2. PHE Sub Division Daggar-No II, District Buner (Estimated Cost Rs. 6.00 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 148750) 3. PHE Sub Division Totalai, District Buner (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.00 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 128750) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Civil Works: 1. PHE Sub Division Daggar-I, District Buner (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.00 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 118750) 2. PHE Sub Division Daggar-No II, District Buner (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.00 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 118750) 3. PHE Sub Division Totalai, District Buner (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.50 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 98750) The scope includes electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair works as well as civil works in the specified sub divisions. Contractors must be registered with KPPRA and hold valid PEC codes in C-E09 & CE-10 for civil works and CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, EE-11 for electrical and mechanical works. Valid registration and renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for the year 2026-27 is mandatory. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of CDR and bid security as per KPPRA Notification No SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022. Bids must be submitted in separate technical and financial envelopes for each work, clearly marked and delivered to the office of the undersigned by 12:00 P.M. on 26-08-2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 P.M. Financial bids will be opened on 28-08-2026 at 12:00 P.M. in the office of the undersigned. Pre-bid meetings will be held on 24-08-2026 at 12:00 P.M. The financial bid of disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. The workshop must be located in the district Buner. Non-refundable Rs 2000/- for obtaining bidding documents is required. The contractor is responsible for all site work including rewinding of electric motors/transformers and mechanical works. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and renewal documents are up to date and valid for the specified categories before submission to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly adhere to the bid submission deadlines and prepare separate envelopes for technical and financial bids as required.
