Items being procured: - Annual maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical works for PHE Sub Division Daggar-I (Rs. 6.00 Million estimated cost) - Annual maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical works for PHE Sub Division Daggar-II (Rs. 6.00 Million estimated cost) - Annual maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical works for PHE Sub Division Totalai (Rs. 5.00 Million estimated cost) - Annual maintenance and repair of civil works for PHE Sub Division Daggar-I (Rs. 4.00 Million estimated cost) - Annual maintenance and repair of civil works for PHE Sub Division Daggar-II (Rs. 4.00 Million estimated cost) - Annual maintenance and repair of civil works for PHE Sub Division Totalai (Rs. 3.50 Million estimated cost) The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of electrical motors including submersible and turbine motors, transformers, mechanical equipment, and civil infrastructure related to potable water supply schemes. Contractors must have PEC registration with relevant codes (CE-09, CE-10 for civil; CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, EE-11 for electrical and mechanical) and must submit valid certificates including Electrical Inspector Certificate Category-E and workshop verification. The workshop must be located within District Buner. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids in separate envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for electrical/mechanical works and Single Stage Single Envelope for civil works.
