Annual Maintenance and Repair Work at Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar

Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders for the Annual Maintenance and Repair Work at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar. This procurement is conducted under KP-PPRA Rules 2014, amended up to date, using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance and Repair Work at IMSciences, Peshawar The scope includes maintenance and repair tasks as per the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) items and non-MRS items. The work site is located at Plot No: 1-A, E-5, Phase-7, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration including STRN and NTN. Bidders must also meet all other mandatory requirements detailed in the tender documents. The estimated cost of the work is **PKR 14.50 Million**. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar.
