Annual Maintenance and Repair Work at Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar

The Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the Annual Maintenance and Repair Work at the Institute. This procurement is conducted under KP-PPRA Rules 2014, amended to date, using a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance and Repair Work at IMScienses, Peshawar The scope includes maintenance and repair work based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) items and non-MRS items as per the work order. Bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, and valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in both STRN and NTN. Additional security deposits may be required as per KP-PRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022. The estimated cost is **PKR 14.50 Million** with an earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost required in the form of bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by **28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 10:30 AM. The time limit for completion is as per the work order.
