Swabi Irrigation Division-I Swabi invites bids from approved contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council licenses for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement covers Annual Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) works to irrigation canals, distributaries, minors, drains, buildings, flood protection structures, and electrical & mechanical installations in Gohati Sub Division Swabi. Items being procured: - AM&R to Civil nature works of Irrigation Canals, Distys, minors, buildings & structures in Gohati Sub Division R&M to Canal in Shewa section - AM&R to Civil nature works of Irrigation Canals, Distys, minors, buildings & structures in Gohati Sub Division R&M to Canal in Gohati section - AM&R to Civil nature works of Irrigation Canals, Distys, minors, buildings & structures in Gohati Sub Division R&M to Canal in Pehur High Level Canal (PHLC Head section) - AM&R to Civil nature works of Irrigation Canals, Distys, minors, buildings & structures in Gohati Sub Division Pehur High Level Canal R&M to Canal in (PHLC Tail section) - AM&R to Civil nature works of Irrigation Canals, Distys, minors, buildings & hydraulic structures in Gohati Sub Division during 2026-27 R&M to Canal in Kundal Dam - AM&R to electrical & Mechanical installations in Gohati Sub Division during 2026-27 The scope includes civil and hydraulic repair works on irrigation infrastructure and electrical & mechanical installations. The works are located in Swabi district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Contractors must have PEC registration in relevant CE and EE categories with specialization codes CE-04(v), CE-10(i), EE-11(i), EE-11(vi), ME-05(i), or ME-07. Valid FBR and KPRA registration is mandatory. The estimated cost for each work package is PKR 2.00 Million, totaling PKR 12.00 Million. Earnest money of PKR 40,000 is required for each package. Bidders must submit bids in a single stage single envelope format by 30th July 2026 at 10:00 AM (submission deadline) to the Executive Engineer Swabi Irrigation Division-I Swabi office. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the KPRA and Irrigation Department websites. Uploading of bids through the EPADS portal is mandatory. Only contractors with valid PEC licenses and renewed KPRA registration for FY 2026-27 will be considered. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
