Annual Maintenance and Repair of Existing Water Supply Schemes in Kohat Division

The Public Health Engineering Department Kohat Division invites eligible firms and contractors for the annual maintenance and repair of existing water supply schemes across various tehsils including Gumbat, Kohat, Lachi, and TSD Dara Adam Khel. This procurement covers civil works and electrical/mechanical repairs essential for sustaining water supply infrastructure in the region. The scope includes maintenance of pipelines, repair of mechanical components, and electrical works necessary for uninterrupted water supply. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant civil and electrical/mechanical categories, specifically codes CE-09 for civil works and EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, and ME-07 for electrical and mechanical repairs. Active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory. Experience in similar public health engineering projects and possession of adequate financial soundness and technical capacity are required. The tender process is conducted electronically via the E-PADS platform, with bids to be submitted online by 23rd June 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will follow on the same day at 2:00 PM. Tender documents including Bill of Quantities can be downloaded from the official E-PADS website and KPRA portal. Original bid securities in the form of call deposit receipts must be submitted physically before the deadline. Queries and clarifications will be handled through the E-PADS system.
