Annual Maintenance and Repair of Tube Wells Electrical and Machinery for WSSC Kohat 2026-27

Water and Sanitation Services Company Kohat (WSSC) invites sealed tenders on percentage above/below up to two decimal digits (0.00) on Engineering cost estimate based on Market Rate System (MRS) 2025 1st BI Annual for the following works: Items being procured: - Annual maintenance and repair of tube wells internal electrical and machinery without transformers - External electrification and voltage regulators within the jurisdiction of WSSC Kohat for the year 2026-27 The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair of tube wells' electrical and mechanical components excluding transformers. The work covers external electrification and installation of voltage regulators to ensure uninterrupted water supply within WSSC Kohat's operational area. Bidders must have PEC registration in categories ME 05, ME 06, ME 07, and EE 11. Registration with relevant taxation authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and KPRA is mandatory. The procurement follows a single stage, two envelope bidding method in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 and related regulations. Bidders are required to upload their bids on KP EPADS portal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the WSSC Kohat office. Sealed hard copies of bids must reach the office by 29 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security of 2% in favor of WSSC Kohat is required. An affidavit confirming bid security placement in the financial bid must be included. Failure to upload bids on EPADS or submission of sealed bids only will result in disqualification. WSSC Kohat will hand over all tube wells in working condition to the successful contractor. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duties, taxes including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPRA registered taxes will be recoverable as per government directives. WSSC Kohat reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical criteria and ensure all required documents are uploaded on EPADS and submitted in hard copy. Timely submission and compliance with bid security requirements are critical for eligibility.
