Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Mohmand is inviting bids for the annual maintenance and repairing of the existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) in District Mohmand for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically issued for qualified firms and contractors who comply with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope procedure.

The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair works covering electrical, mechanical, and civil components of the water supply schemes. Contractors must ensure all works meet the technical standards and are executed within the district. The contractor must have a valid PEC registration with codes CE-09 for civil works and EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, and ME-07 for electrical and mechanical works. Additionally, FBR registration and ATL status are mandatory.
Bidders must submit earnest money amounting to 2% of the engineer’s estimate in the form of a call deposit in original sealed envelope before the closing date and time. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of the tender cost must be submitted as a separate CDR. The bid should include an original electric license copy of class E issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Electric Inspector and renewal for the current year 2026-27. The contractor must also provide a local electrical, mechanical, and civil workshop registration certificate verified by the Superintending Engineer before bid opening.
The tender submission deadline is **10.08.2026 at 12:00 PM**, with bid opening at 2:00 PM the same day. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the engineer’s estimate must submit additional bid security equal to 8% of the bid cost along with the 2% bid security. Incorrect information will lead to disqualification.
