Annual Maintenance and Repairing of Existing DWSS and Construction/Rehabilitation of DWSS in District Mohmand 2026-27

Public Health Engineering Division Mohmand Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on single stage single envelope procedure for important water supply works in District Mohmand for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - AOM&R Electrical & Mechanical works with estimated cost Rs. 5,000,000 and stamp duty Rs. 118,750 - Construction/Rehabilitation of DWSS Ghair Dhund Baizai with estimated cost Rs. 1,668,553 and stamp duty Rs. 39,621 The scope includes annual maintenance and repairing of existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) and construction/rehabilitation of DWSS in District Mohmand under ADP No. 148/200103 for the year 2026-27. The works involve electrical and mechanical repairs as well as civil construction activities to ensure sustainable water supply to the community. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA, PEC, and FBR and possess relevant PEC codes EE-04, EE-05, EE-11 for electrical and solar works, and ME-02, ME-04, ME-05, ME-06, ME-07 for mechanical works. Earnest money of 2% of the engineer's estimate in the form of original call deposit receipt sealed in envelope is mandatory. Additional bid security and non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of estimated cost in CDR form are also required. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the estimate must submit additional bid security. Tender submission deadline is **18.09.2026 at 12:00 PM** with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids should be submitted through courier. All government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bidding rules apply.
