Annual Maintenance and Support Services for Data Center at DGIP HQ Islamabad

The Directorate General Immigration and Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites bids for the provision of Annual Maintenance and 24/7 Support Services for the Data Center at DGIP Headquarters, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad. This tender covers comprehensive onsite support, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and replacement of faulty parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted and smooth functioning of the Data Center equipment. Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance and Support Services (24/7) - Spare parts and consumables for Data Center equipment The scope includes full onsite support services, ensuring all necessary parts, components, and consumables are provided and replaced at no additional cost. The vendor must maintain equipment in optimal working condition, conduct quarterly preventive maintenance visits, and provide emergency visits as required. Payment will be made quarterly based on satisfactory performance and submission of service reports. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and provincial revenue authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), possess valid NTN/ATL/GST registrations, have ISO 9001:2015 certification, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience with a minimum of three similar assignments. Bidders must also provide performance certificates, client lists, equipment brochures, and proof of financial soundness with a minimum credit amount of PKR 20 million. A bid security of PKR 3,360,000 is mandatory. The tender documents can be obtained from DGIP HQ Islamabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Bids must be submitted in hard copy to Room No. 207, 2nd Floor, DGIP HQ, Mauve Area, G-8/1, Islamabad, by 11 August 2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened later.
