Participating firms or contractors must be validly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, possess valid provincial enlistment, and have an active KPPRA statement. The required CDR is 2% of the engineer estimate, with additional security requirements applying where the quoted bid is substantially below the estimate. Firms must be active taxpayers and submit ATL evidence. Electrical and mechanical contractors must also hold a valid Local Electrical or Mechanical Workshop Certificate verified by the relevant SDO or Sub-Engineer. Bids must be submitted through EPADS no later than **27 August 2026 at 12:00 noon**.
