Annual PNAC Surveillance Audit to Maintain Accreditation Status

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for the Annual PNAC Surveillance Audit to maintain accreditation status. Items being procured: - Annual PNAC Surveillance Audit as detailed per Annex A The delivery period is six months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent) and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or works experience with government/semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date to collect tender documents is until the tender is available on the PPRA website. Tender submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, and tender opening is on the same day at 11:00 hours. Bids should be submitted as sealed bids to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
