Annual Pre-Qualification of Vendors for Repair and Maintenance Works

The Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives in Islamabad Capital Territory invites eligible vendors to participate in the Annual Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance Works for the financial year 2026-27. Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience, technical competence, and financial capacity with at least 3 years of experience and an average annual turnover exceeding Rs. 2 Million. Registration with relevant authorities such as FBR and PEC (for civil works) is required along with non-blacklisting affidavits. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions will not be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
