Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH) invites bids from reputed contractors registered with PEC in the applicable category, holding valid NTN and KPRA registration with active filing status on ATL of FBR and KPRA. The procurement is for annual repair and maintenance works in Haripur city under a Percentage Above/Below procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works & Water Distribution System - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Motor, Pumps, Transformer & Voltage Stabilizers The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of civil infrastructure related to water distribution and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, transformers, and voltage stabilizers. The works are to be carried out as per the agreement terms with a ceiling cost of Rs. 15 million for each package. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid NTN and KPRA registration, and have active filing status on ATL. A 2% bid security is mandatory and must be uploaded on EPADS with the bid. The original bid security and tender fee receipt must be submitted to the procurement committee on the bid opening date. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the office of the General Manager (HR, Admin, Procurement & IT). Bids must be submitted via EPADS before 11:30 AM on October 12, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid documents available from the office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSCH or download from EPADS. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, and duties. WSSCH reserves the right to adjust the scope of work as per actual requirements.
