Annual Repair and Maintenance of Completed Water Supply Schemes and Electrical & Mechanical Works in Shangla District for FY 2026-27

The Public Health Engineering Division Shangla invites eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to submit online electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the annual repair and maintenance works of completed water supply schemes and electrical & mechanical works in Shangla district for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Annual Repair and Maintenance (Civil work) of completed Water Supply Schemes in Sub Division Alpuri District Shangla - Annual Repair and Maintenance (Civil work) of completed Water Supply Schemes in Sub Division Puran District Shangla - Annual Repair and Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) of completed Water Supply Schemes in District Shangla The scope includes civil repair works for water supply schemes in Alpuri and Puran sub divisions, along with electrical and mechanical maintenance of water supply schemes across the district. The works require compliance with PEC codes CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, and EE-11. Contractors must be registered with KPRA and FBR, possess relevant licenses including electrical inspector license, and submit a list of machinery and equipment available. The site is located in Shangla district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal before the closing date and time of 30-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. Original bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost along with applicable stamp duty and non-refundable bidding fee must reach the office through registered courier before the closing time. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory documents, including approval certificates, licenses, CNIC of workshop owner, and machinery lists, are scanned and uploaded correctly on the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification for incomplete submissions.
