Annual Repair / Maintenance Works at Student Hostels at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Works at Student Hostels located at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P138828. Items being procured: - Renovation of community washrooms of Zainab Hostel including tile and marble work, demolition, PCC laying, partitions, marble slabs, mirrors, water closets, showers, sinks, floor traps, electric fans, LED lighting, switches, door chowkats, uPVC doors, soft wood framed doors, dampa ceiling, cement plaster, distempering, uPVC soil and waste pipes, PPR pipes, soap trays, towel rails, balancing valves, and other related civil and electrical works. - Annual repair and maintenance of 17 hostels including tile work, partitions, flush doors, painting, plastering, demolition, concrete works, marble tiles, mosaic tiles, artificial stone facade tiles, steel reinforcement, RCC works, fiberglass sheet fixing, internal painting/distempering, and other associated civil works. The technical scope covers all civil and electrical repair and maintenance works as per MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and market standards. Materials and workmanship must conform to approved manufacturers and specifications. The contractor must ensure quality, proper installation, and protection of existing facilities. The work will be executed in occupied hostels with strict adherence to safety, housekeeping, and site supervision requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, submission of 2% bid security, and a tender fee of Rs 3,000. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. The bid validity period is 182 days. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required upon award.
