Annual Servicing, Maintenance and Inspection by Boiler Inspector of 02 Boilers at Supreme Court Building Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Mechanical Division-II Islamabad invites bids for the annual servicing, maintenance, and inspection of two boilers. These boilers each have a capacity of 3.4 tons and operate at 15 PSI, installed at the Supreme Court Building on Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Complete servicing and de-scaling of fire tubes of 3.4 ton steam boiler including use of powder chemical for neutralization and removal of scale (2 jobs) - De-scaling of blow down valve and main valve with proper de-scaler inhibitor (2 jobs) - De-scaling, overhauling, and adjusting safety valves of boiler (4 jobs) - Hydraulic test of boiler at 30 PSI pressure with fitness certificate for 1 year (2 jobs) - Opening and cleaning of front and rear boiler doors including soft and hard steel round brush cleaning (2 jobs) - De-scaling of hot water tank with special circulating pump and neutralization (3 jobs) - Replacement of unserviceable gas kit of main, back door, main hole, side holes with asbestos rope and high temperature rubber sheet (2 jobs) - Overhauling of heat exchanger with special circulating pump and de-scaler chemical (2 jobs) - Repairing of control panel including replacement of parts like magnetic contactor, overload relay, time relay, water level control wiring as approved by Boiler Inspector/1st Class Boiler Engineer (2 jobs) The contract documents include detailed plans, specifications, and schedules. Tenderers must prepare bids on CDA Form No. CDA/W/7 and submit sealed bids addressed to the Deputy Director Mechanical Division-II CDA Islamabad. Earnest money of Rs. 32,436/- is required in the form of a deposit at call receipt. The total estimated cost is Rs. 1,081,200/-.
