Annual Spare Parts and Servicing for HTV Hino Buses and TDP/WAPDA Vehicles FY-2025-26

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through its Tarbela Dam Project office located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring annual spare parts and miscellaneous items for the repair and maintenance of HTV Hino buses along with servicing of all TDP/WAPDA vehicles for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is critical for ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of the vehicle fleet supporting the Tarbela Dam Project. The technical scope includes supply of genuine spare parts compatible with HTV Hino buses and comprehensive servicing of all vehicles under the project. The site of work is the Tarbela Dam Project premises in Tehsil Ghazi, District Haripur. Bidders must be Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or General Order Suppliers registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). Experience in similar vehicle maintenance contracts and PEC registration in relevant categories will be advantageous. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure with electronic bids to be submitted exclusively via the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for submission is 29th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Director (C&P), Tarbela Dam Project. A bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of a CDR favoring the General Manager & PD Tarbela Dam Project is mandatory. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and familiarization with the EPADS electronic bidding system well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
