Tender Description
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Karachi invites sealed bids for the annual procurement of various consumables and engine oils. The procurement covers a wide range of items including pillow covers, head rest covers, basmati rice, chocolate slabs and chips, tissue boxes, dry fruits, green tea mix flavor, aero sole one shot, different engine oils, different tyres, flavor yogurt network, and fresh & whipping cream. This tender is issued by the PIA Supply Chain Management department based in Karachi.
The technical scope involves supply of these consumables and oils in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents. Suppliers must ensure quality and timely delivery to PIA’s facilities. The tender requires submission of bids through the PPRA E-PADS web portal as well as sealed envelopes. The closing dates vary for different items, with the earliest closing on 13th July 2026 at 10:30 AM and others on 15th July 2026 at 10:30 AM.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, and must comply with vendor eligibility criteria as per tender documents. Experience in supplying similar items to large organizations or airlines is advantageous. Earnest Money or Bid Security in the form of CDR must be attached with the technical proposal. The bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the closing dates via EPADS.
