Annual Supply of Live Venomous Snakes and Animal Feed for NIH Islamabad 2026-2027

The National Institute of Health Islamabad is procuring an annual supply of live venomous snakes and various animal feed items for the fiscal year 2026-2027 on F.O.R NIH Islamabad basis. This procurement includes live venomous snakes such as Krait, Russel's Viper, Cobra, and Echis in specified quantities, along with a comprehensive range of animal feed ingredients including crushed gram, wheat bran, horse feed pellets, wheat flour, fish meal, dried milk powder, vegetable oil, salts, molasses, and other veterinary supplies. Seasonal fodder and bedding materials like wood shavings and sawdust are also part of the supply requirements. The snakes must meet WHO/DRAP quarantine standards with a two-month quarantine period. The supply schedule will be as per the demand of the Sera Lab and Nutrition Division of NIH Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be direct manufacturers or authorized distributors with valid FBR registration and NTN. Firms should provide a solvency certificate and comply with all tax and legal requirements including submission of computerized NIC copies and tax assessment certificates for the last two financial years. Earnest money of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a bank draft or call deposit is mandatory.
