Tender Description
Paharpur Irrigation Division DI Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department invites bids from approved contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority/KPPRA and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) and periodical repair/replacement works related to the Paharpur Canal System and augmentation tube wells/sump wells in District DI Khan and Tank.
Items being procured:
- 1/6-AOM&R to Paharpur Canal network in Chashma Section
- 2/6-AOM&R to Paharpur Canal network in Lar Section
- 3/6-AOM&R to Paharpur Canal network in Paharpur Section
- 4/6-AOM&R to Paharpur Canal network in Girsal Section
- 5/6-AOM&R to Drainage System of Paharpur Network
- 6/6-Periodical repair/replacement of Electrical/Mechanical portion of Irrigation/Augmentation Tube wells/Sump wells in District DI Khan & Tank
Each sub-work has an estimated cost of Rs. 10,00,000/- with a required earnest money of Rs. 20,000/-. The required PEC specialization codes are CE-04 (Full), CE-04 (ii), or CE-04 (v) with a minimum PEC category of C-6 and above.
The scope includes maintenance and augmentation of canal systems and drainage, along with electrical and mechanical repairs to tube wells and sump wells. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA, and submit bids electronically through the EPADS system (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) before the closing date.
The last date for submission is 23rd October 2026 at 12:30 PM, with bids opening on the same day. Earnest money must be submitted as per KPPRA rules. The bidding documents and terms can be downloaded from EPADS, the Irrigation Department website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk), and KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk).
