Procurement of Local AP Network Components, Etological Safety Cabinet & Autoclave, Renovation/Paint of Main Building, Diesel Generator 400KVA

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis, registered with Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. The procurement covers a range of technical and facility-related items for Islamabad operations. Items being procured: - Local AP Network Components (Tender No. 59/2026) - Etological Safety Cabinet & Autoclave (Tender No. 60/2026) - Renovation/Paint of Main Building (Tender No. 61/2026) - Diesel Generator 400KVA (Tender No. 62/2026) Each tender requires a fee of Rs. 2000, payable via bank draft or pay order in the name of Director Finance, PO Box 1482, Islamabad. The technical scope includes supply and installation of network components, provision of laboratory safety equipment, civil works for building renovation and painting, and supply of a high-capacity diesel generator. Detailed specifications and terms can be obtained from the undersigned upon request on firm's letterhead along with the tender fee. Bidders must accompany their tender/quotation with 2 percent earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST). Only firms with a proven track record of supplying similar items will be considered. Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. The validity of submitted tenders must be at least 60 days from the date of opening. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The last date for submission of tenders is 2 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. All tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly mentioning the tender number and due date. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage/time. Practical tip: Ensure your earnest money is calculated correctly and submitted in the required format, as tenders without proper CDR or with insufficient validity will not be entertained.
