Procurement of Spares for APC Rebuild Target

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and firms for procurement of spares required for the APC Rebuild Target. The procurement will be conducted under applicable PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Delivery is required within four months after signing of the contract. Mandatory item and lot information: Sr. No. 1; nomenclature: Procurement of Spares for APC Rebuild Target; A/U: As per Annexure A; quantity: As per Annexure A; delivery period: four months after signing of the contract. The detailed technical specifications, nomenclature, and quantities are contained in Annexure A and the Standard Bidding Document. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and satisfy the eligibility requirements in the Standard Bidding Document. Supporting documents include registration, pre-qualification or indication letters issued by HIT, Directorate General Procurement, Ministry of Defence Production, government, or semi-government organizations where applicable; attested Sales Tax registration and NTN certificates; audit reports for the last three financial years; an attested bank statement for the last year; attested CNIC of the chief executive or director; and evidence of the trade link between the firm and original equipment manufacturer where the bidder is a distributor or agent. Bidders must also provide a **Rs. 100** judicial-paper certificate, duly attested by an Oath Commissioner, confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred, together with documentary evidence of contracts or relevant government or semi-government experience during the last three financial years. A **Rs. 2,000** postal order must accompany the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, before **01 September 2026 at 10:30 hours**. Tender opening will take place on the same date at **11:00 hours**.
