Procurement of Application and Database Performance Monitoring Solution

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Islamabad is procuring an Application and Database Performance Monitoring (ADPM) Solution to enhance its IT infrastructure and ensure optimal system performance. This procurement is specifically aimed at experienced IT vendors registered with tax authorities and registered suppliers on the ePADS platform. The scope includes supply and implementation of advanced monitoring tools for applications and databases, ensuring real-time performance tracking and issue resolution capabilities. The technical scope covers software solutions capable of monitoring application performance metrics, database health, and system resource utilization. The solution must integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and support scalability. Key dates include an online pre-bid meeting on 15th June 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with the deadline for electronic bid submission on 30th June 2026 at 1500 Hrs. The original bid security in hard form must be delivered by 1530 Hrs the same day to the Procurement Department at Pakistan Single Window, Ground Floor NESPAK Building, Near State Bank, G-5/2 Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened immediately after submission deadline.
