Applications from Registered/Accredited Training Institutes for Country of Destination Program under Prime Minister’s Youth Program

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Islamabad invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable Public and Private Sector Training Institutes already registered or accredited with NAVTTC. This initiative is part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program aimed at equipping Pakistani youth with essential language and vocational skills tailored to international employment markets. Items being procured: - Training institutes registered/accredited with NAVTTC - Training sectors including Construction & Infrastructure - Manufacturing & Industry - Hospitality & Tourism - Driving - Agriculture & Livestock - IT The program focuses on preparing youth for high-demand international markets such as Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, GCC Countries, and EU Countries. Institutes will partner with NAVTTC to deliver competency-based training aligned with the "Country of Destination" program objectives. Eligible applicants must be registered/accredited training institutes with proven experience in the relevant sectors. Registration with NAVTTC is mandatory. The technical scope includes delivering quality training programs that meet international standards and equip trainees with market-relevant skills. Complete proposals in sealed envelopes must be submitted to the Director General (P&D), NAVTTC Headquarters, Plot No. 38, Kirthar Road, Sector H-9/4, Islamabad by Monday, July 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
