Appointment and Enlistment of Advertising Agencies on Port Qasim Authority Panel

Port Qasim Authority (PQA), a major contributor to Pakistan's economy located in Karachi, Sindh, is seeking to appoint and enlist reputable advertising agencies on its panel for a period of two years. This procurement is specifically for agencies accredited with the All Pakistan News Paper Society (APNS) to handle PQA's diverse advertising assignments through print and electronic media. The scope includes designing, printing, installing, and executing comprehensive promotional campaigns, formulating indoor and outdoor advertising plans, internet and social media marketing, and public relations services. Agencies will be evaluated on their status, experience, technical personnel, marketing force, financial soundness, and current clientele. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and ATL, possess relevant experience, and demonstrate financial stability with an average turnover preferably above PKR 10 million in recent financial years. Bids must be submitted physically or via e-PADS by 12:00 PM on 6th May 2026 to the Secretary, Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi. Earnest Money in the form of a pay order of Rs. 25,000 is required.
