Tender Description
The Ignite-National Technology Fund (Ignite-National Technology Fund) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites bids for the Appointment of External Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is for non-consultancy services involving the external financial audit of the Company's financial statements for the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The scope includes audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing as adopted by ICAP, review of the Code of Corporate Governance Report if required, and issuance of review/certification of SOE (Governance and Operations) Act/SOE Ownership and Management Policy 2023 compliance statement if applicable. The audit firm will also submit a Management Letter/Internal Control Memorandum. The auditor's report is expected by the first week of September following the financial year end.

- Annual Audit Fee for external audit FY 2026-27 (1 job)
The technical scope requires qualified Chartered Accountancy firms with experience in public sector audits, compliance with IFAC guidelines, and registration with relevant authorities. Eligibility criteria include firm registration with Audit Oversight Board, satisfactory QCR rating, and tax compliance. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline.
Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on August 13, 2026 at the Telecom Foundation Complex, Islamabad, and bid submission deadline on August 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
