The Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites qualified Chartered Accountant firms to submit proposals for the Appointment of Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The consultancy services include the external audit of EIDMC's financial statements for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, SOE Act, 2023, IFRS, IAS, and ISA applicable in Pakistan, along with a review of the Statement of Compliance.
