COMSATS University Islamabad is procuring advanced AR/VR equipment, 3D scanning devices, and XR-based teaching and training lab setup specifically for its Islamabad campus. This procurement includes high-end hardware such as Meta Quest 3 AR/VR headsets, precision 3D scanners with anti-shake technology, 3D VR cameras with global shutter and high-speed capabilities, mobile phone VR headsets, and powerful workstations equipped with Intel Core i7 12th generation CPUs and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GPUs. The software suite includes Unity Engine for 3D rendering, AR/VR toolkits, Blender 3D modeling software, DaVinci Resolve for content editing, and various Unity software accessories for simulation and photorealistic spatial walkthroughs.
The tender is issued by COMSATS University Islamabad, a reputable public sector university, and requires bidders to be registered firms on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR with valid GST and Income Tax registration.
