Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites proposals from qualified Architectural Firms, Consultants, Engineers, and Joint Venture Partners/Consortiums to provide architectural and engineering consultancy services for both residential and non-residential buildings within the IESCO region. Firms must also demonstrate a positive net worth and provide evidence of financial stability. Pending litigation or arbitration that may impact financial stability must be disclosed, and the net worth of the firm or consortium must not exceed 50% of the total assets and liabilities. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 27.08.2026. Only e-bids will be accepted, and manual or conditional bids will not be entertained. The technical proposal will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, while the financial proposal will remain unopened until technical evaluation is complete. Bid security amounting to PKR 200,000 (Two Lacs) in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO Islamabad is required, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The bid itself shall be valid for 150 days.
