Architectural and Engineering Services for Residential and Non-Residential Buildings

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is inviting qualified Architectural Firms, Consultants, Engineers, Joint Ventures, Partners, or Consortiums to provide architectural and engineering consultancy services for residential and non-residential buildings within the IESCO region. Firms must demonstrate capability in architectural and engineering consultancy with a minimum of five years of demonstrable experience. Valid registration certificates from Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) and/or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are mandatory. Firms must also be registered with NTN, GST, PST, SECP, and Income Tax Department with active taxpayer status. Joint Ventures or Consortiums must upload a legally executed agreement and demonstrate positive net worth. Pending litigation or arbitration affecting financial stability must not exceed 50% of net worth. Only e-bids submitted through the Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM will be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
