Hiring of 06 Armed Security Guards for PCSIR Laboratories Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road Quetta

The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) is inviting electronic bids for the hiring of 06 armed security guards for PCSIR Laboratories located at Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road, Quetta. This procurement is being conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Only reputed and registered authorized dealers, suppliers, and government contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are active on the FBR ATL are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Hiring of Security Guard (06) for PCSIR Laboratories Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road Quetta The technical scope includes the provision of armed security personnel to ensure the safety and security of PCSIR's laboratory premises. Bidders must ensure that their staff are properly trained, licensed, and equipped as per regulatory requirements. The place of delivery is strictly at the specified PCSIR Laboratories in Quetta, and all arrangements must be made on an F.O.R. basis. To participate, bidders must submit their electronic bids via EPADS by 05 October 2026 at 1100 hours. Additionally, a hard copy of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes must be submitted separately for evaluation. The Earnest Money of Rs.90,000/- must be deposited in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of Director General PCSIR Laboratories, Quetta. Bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
