Provision of Armed Security Guards for Safety and Security of Students, Staff, Buses, Assets and Building at Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Saddar Bahawalpur

The firm must be registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and PRA. Bidders must upload bids electronically on EPADS and PPRA websites. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 30,000) is required via 1-Link/Online Bank Transfer. The successful bidder will also deposit a refundable performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price before issuance of the service order. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PPRA, FBR/ATL, and relevant tax departments. Experience in providing security services is essential.
