Tender Description
This tender invites bids for armoring four Toyota REVO vehicles to protection level B6 in Karachi under the Police Department, Government of Sindh. The procurement falls under Vehicles & Auto Parts and Security & Safety Equipment categories, reflecting the specialized nature of the work.
The scope includes upgrading suspension, brakes, batteries, and installing bulletproof compartments with high-quality armored sheets and curved bulletproof glass. The vehicles will be reinforced with blast protection for underbody, fuel tank, and engine electrical systems. Heavy-duty tires with run-flat capability and a reinforced front bumper with a 3-ton winch are also required. The work demands precise engineering to maintain vehicle integrity while ensuring protection against high-velocity rounds and explosive threats.

Compliance with the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements is mandatory. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, and performance security is 10% of the contract value. Conditional tenders will be rejected.
