Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan is inviting bids for arrangements related to the celebrations of Independence Day on 14th August 2026 and Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabi-ul-Awwal 1448 AH) under its jurisdiction. This tender is issued for execution during the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Eligible Engineering Firms and Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27 are invited to participate. Registration on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement Portal is mandatory for all bidders.

The scope includes all necessary materials and services required to successfully conduct these events within the Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan area. The work will be carried out as per the work order issued. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan along with their online bid. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before bid opening to avoid disqualification.
The tender opening will be conducted electronically on 07-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan. Bidders are encouraged to attend the opening session. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject non-responsive or incomplete bids and to blacklist bidders submitting false information. Performance Security will be required from the successful bidder before issuance of the Letter of Acceptance.
