Pre-Qualification for ASF Repair, Maintenance and Support Services Framework Agreement

Airport Security Force (ASF), through ASF Garrison Quetta International Airport, invites applications for pre-qualification leading to a closed framework agreement for repair, maintenance, procurement support and related services during 2026-27. The opportunity is intended for firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, holding valid NTN and GST certificates and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Mandatory item and service list: Sr. No. 01 covers repair and maintenance or services work for office buildings, residential buildings, machinery and equipment, including air conditioners, generators, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, bracket fans, pedestal fans, refrigerators, deep freezers, electric water motors, electric water dispensers, water filtration plant, walk-through gates and screening machines. It also includes furniture and fixture items such as wooden office chairs, cushion chairs, wooden tables, steel tables, steel almirah or cabinets, sofa sets, dining tables, dining chairs, single and double steel beds, and charpoy tubular frame polishing work. The scope further includes repair and maintenance of government vehicles, air conditioners of government motor transport vehicles, purchase of batteries and tyres including servicing, mechanical repairs and replacement of parts, repair of computer hardware, water tankers, purchase of drugs and medicines, and transportation charges for 2026. The application submission deadline is **21 August 2026 at 09:30 AM**. Applications will be opened on **21 August 2026 at 10:30 AM** at the Store Office, ASF Garrison Quetta International Airport.
