Procurement of ASF Uniforms, Clothing, Footwear and Accessories

**Headquarters Airports Security Force** invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of uniform, clothing, footwear and related accessories through EPADS v2.0. The procurement is intended for ASF requirements and will be processed under the terms, specifications and conditions contained in the electronic bidding documents. The mandatory item list is: a) Shirting Cloth - ASF, 46,000 meters; b) Trouser Cloth - ASF, 42,000 meters; c) Shalwar Cloth, 3,000 meters; d) Stitched Camouflage Uniform, 14,000 sets; e) T-Shirt F/S (Winter), 14,000 numbers; f) T-Shirt H/S (Summer), 21,000 numbers; g) Combat Boot, 4,500 pairs; h) Oxford Shoes, 5,000 pairs; i) Jersey Pullover, 8,000 numbers; j) Female Bag, 500 numbers; k) Female Shoes, 800 pairs; l) Force Sign, 28,000 numbers; m) Jungle Hat, 3,500 numbers; and n) Socks Black, 15,000 pairs. Bidders must review the detailed technical specifications, quality requirements, delivery conditions and evaluation criteria available in the EPADS bidding documents. Interested firms must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, EPADS v2.0, at the stated portal to participate. Each bid must include bid security in the amount prescribed in the bidding documents, submitted through Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of **Headquarters Airports Security Force**. The original security instrument must reach the procuring office before bid closing. Bidders should also verify their active tax and ATL status where required by the bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by **21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Hard copies of the e-bid must also be forwarded in sealed envelopes to HQs ASF Procurement Branch, Karachi. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at **11:30 AM**. For practical compliance, register on EPADS early, download the documents, confirm every specification, and dispatch the original bid security well before the deadline.
